November 4, 2025 - General Election

(D)=Democratic Party   (R)=Republican Party   (I)=Independent (Virginia code dictates political party affiliation can only be listed on the ballot for federal, statewide, and General Assembly offices only.)

Arlington County will be using ranked choice voting for the office of County Board (1 seat). Read more about Ranked Choice Voting. 

There are 3 different ballots depending on where you live for the General Election. To find your district, you can look up your voter record online.

Vote Early

Early Voting is open 45 days before all elections. All voters can vote at any Early Voting location. Early Voting hours and locations can be found here.

First day of Early Voting: Friday, September 19, 2025

Last day of Early Voting: Saturday, November 1, 2025

Election Day - November 4, 2025

On Election Day, all Arlington polling places are open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. 

You must vote at your assigned polling place on Election Day. 

Vote By Mail

All voters are eligible to vote a Mail Ballot. Voters must request a Mail Ballot. 

Voters can request a Mail Ballot until 5 pm, October 24, 2025.

Mail Ballots returned by mail must be postmarked on or before November 4, 2025 and received by 12pm, November 7, 2025.
